Job Overview
What You’ll Do
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Use Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and similar tools to identify target prospects.
Create personalized outreach targeting data, analytics, RevOps, and governance leaders.
Run calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn sequence workflows to generate meetings.
Track activities and outcomes in HubSpot.
Collaborate with founders and GTM teams to refine ICP, messaging, and funnel metrics.
Research accounts, including decision makers, org structures, and funding status.
Maintain consistent activity metrics for outreach.
Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
Provide feedback on objections and market trends to sales and product teams.
Ideal profile
One to three years of outbound BDR or SDR experience.
Successful record of booking meetings via cold outreach.
Strong written communication for tailored messaging.
Comfortable using automation tools and CRM workflows.
Competitive and persistent with a target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of enterprise data and analytics teams is a plus.
